Hans was so excited to be in charge of his cake this year. He got to pick out his cake, icing, bake & decorate it. We celebrated a day early & had a combo FHE/birthday party with most of the Whipples & Grandma & Grandpa Whitney. (Jessica & I had a birthday just a couple days before)

Since we celebrated with presents a day early I let Hans have a couple of neighborhood friends over to play on his actual birthday. (Tyson wasn't home. Bummer.) They worked on the cupcakes from the night before. The frosting was so bright that they all ended up with mustaches. Can't really tell in the pictrure. Click picture to get the frosting affect. Lincoln had a cute brand new crisp white shirt on so I had to take it off. (Sorry about the skin Brittany.)
Crazy to think next year is kindergarten!
