We had a Merry Christmas! Although something about a sick baby not going to bed until 3 hours after she usually does & then wakes 4 times in 4 hours just doesn't make it seem like Christmas for some reason. She did make it entertaining though. (Ren laughs a lot when she is tired.)
The boys were of course excited about Christmas morning!
Knox got a Shark Ship & a tool bench with tools from Santa with lifesavers & glitter glue in his stocking. He also got a bike from Hans (Hans' old bike) and a wooden train you put together all by yourself with some books from Mom & Dad.

This is what Hans did when he saw his bike. There was a hole that was a handle for the box that he was looking inside of. Santa left the bike in the box this year because of Christmas being on Sunday & the no bikes on Sunday rule. (He too got lifesavers & glitter glue in his stocking.) This bike was actually a little broken & Santa has a deal with Toys R Us that if the bike is broken you can return or exchange it there. So that's what we did the day after Christmas. Hans got a remote control crane from Mom & Dad & a wooden put together yourself train with books from Rennlie.

Hans led Knox on a special treasure hunt he made himself for Knox to find his new bike. He is such a good big brother & very thoughtful. He knew that if he gave his bike to Knox Santa would know he did a nice thing & bring him a new bike too.
Rennlie got a cash register from Santa & a stuffed monkey in her stocking. Mom & Dad gave her a teething toy & Knox gave her the people farm that each of the boys have played with as babies too. (Recycle theme was going on this year)
This is the crane. It came with a dump truck & a couple lifting/hauling items that hooked on the train.

I wasn't the best photographer this year. I missed pictures of all the fun legos that Gma Whipple & Scott & Jessica's family gave. Gma also gave them a really cool Hot wheels stunt track.
We had a really fun holiday season with the Jones' home from their mission & so much family around visiting. We tried really hard to teach the boys about our Savior this Christmas season, to have our priorities in the right place. The most important thing on earth is His plan for us. It is so critical for our kids to understand that. We are blessed to have that knowledge.
