Thanksgiving Weekend

(Let me just start off by saying that Knox rode the skid on his face in the parking lot at the stake center & is all scratched up. He doesn't have a messy nose.)We had a fun weekend. We started by having T-giving dinner at Gma Whipple's house. We didn't get to stay as long as we wanted because Hans had a 3 year old moment & wouldn't stop crying so we had to go. The food was really good!!

Friday we went to Brooke's house for the weekend (see the activities below) & we went to church in Levan on the way home so we could go to my Aunt Sharon & Uncle Bryce's homecoming report for their mission to Australia. It was fun to see all my relatives again!

We went to temple square to see the lights. We drove around forever trying to find parking & Hans kept saying he wanted to see the castle. It was freezing but not as cold as the last time we were there. We ate dinner downtown after.

We had a pumpkin chucking contest. We tried to throw them from Brooke's balcony into the canal that runs behind her house. Brandon & Don used a towel to try to launch the really big ones. The middle picture is an action shot of my mom throwing a pumpkin over the fence. We had to help some of the pumpkins over the fence if they didn't make it into the canal from the balcony.

We took the boys to Cabellas to see the animals. Brandon, Lacey, Gma Jones & Brianne came with us. Knox loved it & made a big deal about each thing he saw. Hans liked it too but was more concerned about pushing his stroller around. He really liked feeding the fish with his Dad, Knox & Aunt Brianne.
