I planned a trip to go visit Brooke & Kate in Orem. Don was going to be gone on a scout trip so I thought it was a good time to go. We had so much fun & had so much to do! We stopped to see Gma & Gpa J in Levan on the way. They are being sunbirds(opposite of snow birds) & staying in cooler weather for the summer. But our first stop was the playground by the gas station in Fillmore. Thank you Mr. Maverick or whoever built it. Perfect place to get out & stretch.

When we got to Brooke's our first outing was a place called Jump On It. It is basically a room of trampolines. Fun! We first had to fit all 3 car seats (& Kate's entourage, all the bears) in the back of Gma & Gpa's car which was a little tricky but 20 minutes later we were off.
There were big blow up jumping rooms & other toys to play on too.Knox didn't stop laughing & giggling with glee when we were on the trampolines. He doesn't even really jump but just ran around & fell down. It was hard to get a picture that wasn't blurry, even with my camera in sports mode. Aunt Brooke even impressed us with her gymnastic skills doing handsprings. Not too easy when you are 6ft tall.

The next day our destination was the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point. Gma & Gpa joined us. It is very hands on so the kids loved it.

There were fossils & dinosaur bones to look at but the kids' favorite was the erosion pool where they could play with plastic dinosaurs & trees & reenact the extinction by flood. They just liked to play in the dirt & water. They got to dig for dinosaur bones with paint brushes & you could also build your own dinosaur, color & do puzzles. Endless fun.
That afternoon we went to a very cool park. It was named the Holy Moley Park because when we pulled up in the parking lot we said "holy moley". It was really cool. Hans was so brave & climbed everything he could & didn't even fall. I was a little surprised because he usually isn't so daring.
The next day we went to the Living Aquarium. It was a lot better than I anticipated. Quite a large variety of things. The kids got ready to go by reading the Nemo book. Kate is so cute, she loves to call all of the fish Nemo. So the boys picked up on it & they all ran around yelling "Nemo, Nemo". They actually did have a clown fish there. We brought Brooke's neighbor girl with us too. It was fun to see the kids' reaction to everything.
